Returns can be accepted within 30 days of delivery. We won’t accept after this.

All product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and never been used or installed. All returned or exchanged product(s) must be in resalable condition (unassembled), including all the original packaging, instructions, and hardware. For larger products and appliances, you will need to keep the pallet to return the product. If a product is used or installed, or does not have the box and pallet, it cannot be returned.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. These fees are dependent on the brand you purchase.

How do I request a return?

To contact us to initiate a return, you must send an email to info@ienjoynow.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a photo of the item(s), the date your order was delivered, and why you wish to return or exchange your order.

Your request will be reviewed by our team. We will look into the return shipping options and send you an email quoting you the return shipping costs if applicable.

You will then have 5 days to review and respond to the email to confirm you accept the return shipping costs. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days your order will be closed as delivered.
