Most of our 1-2 person saunas are plug-and-play and run on a standard 110V outlet, so no electrician needed. Our larger 3-4 and 5-6 person models require a 220V outlet, which a licensed electrician can install in about an hour. Full assembly instructions are included and most customers have their sauna set up within 1-2 hours.

Very little. Our infrared saunas are extremely energy efficient. A typical 30-minute session costs roughly $0.25-$0.50 in electricity depending on your local rate. Even if you use your sauna every single day, you're looking at roughly $7-$15 per month, which is less than one spa visit.

Traditional saunas heat the air around you to very high temperatures (180-200°F), which many people find uncomfortable to breathe in. Infrared saunas use light waves to heat your body directly at a much lower air temperature (120-150°F), making the experience more comfortable while still delivering deep tissue heat, detoxification, and relaxation benefits. Infrared is also more energy efficient and easier to install at home.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your sauna, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. Saunas must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. If your sauna arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no charge.
